We use NZ Post to send out orders throughout New Zealand and Australia. All packages are sent Economy Tracked.

Please note: If you leave a comment allowing the courier to leave the parcel on your property in the event no one is home, you do so at your own risk. We are unable to replace or credit your parcel in the event it goes missing.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. You should allow an additional 3 working days for delivery in NZ and 7 working days after dispatch in Australia. For NZ please take into account NZ Post delivery days in your area.

• Free Shipping on NZ orders over $250
• Australia Flat Rate $40

Please note: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country's authorities. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
